We want you to love your handcrafted footwear, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or select a QR code option for a printer-less experience at participating locations.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original Freda Salvador box and dust bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
